COURSE Description


This four-hour course is an introduction to a featured Mission Simple principle of effective Organizational Alignment.

The course is designed specifically for single organization teams (minimum of six). The course is a workshop ideal for on-site presentation. Following the workshop, the team completes a test and each team members is awarded a certificate of participation.
